F.B.I. joins search for missing women
NILES, Mich. (WSBT) — Michigan State Police, Western Michigan University and the FBI executed a search warrant this week still looking for two missing –and believed murdered-- women. Family members say it’s been emotional and overwhelming as they’ve spent their entire lives searching for their mom.

Kalamazoo Valley graduates 22 from police training academy
KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Graduates of Kalamazoo Valley Community College's 97th Police Officer Training Academy walked the stage Thursday afternoon. 22 recruits, five women and 17 men, completed a 16-week training program. All but one were sponsored by local agencies and will begin serving their respective communities after Thursday's ceremony, according to Director of Kalamazoo Valley’s Law Enforcement Training Center Karen Rivard.
