FAIR OAKS -- Three suspects, including two found out of the state, were arrested in connection with a deadly shooting that happened last week in the Fair Oaks area. The Sacramento County Sheriff's Office said 41-year-old Vitaliy Zaytsev was found outside a home on the 49000 block of Hillridge Way with a gunshot wound to his head and died at the scene.

FOLSOM, Calif. — The manwho died in a Sacramento County shooting earlier this month was a CVS store manager, the company confirmed Wednesday. "He was well-liked and respected by his colleagues, customers and community and he will be greatly missed," an email from CVS regarding 41-year-old Vitaliy Zaytsev read. "We've offered counseling and support services to his co-workers and extend our sincere condolences to his family and friends."
Man accused of molesting multiple young kids in Sacramento County arrested in Oregon
SACRAMENTO, California (KOVR) -- A man is in custody accused of molesting multiple young children in Sacramento County, authorities said Wednesday. Robert Tibbett, 60, was arrested back on April 2 in Klamath Falls, Oregon as a result of an investigation conducted by the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office Child Abuse Bureau.
Deadly Sacramento County house fire under investigation
SACRAMENTO COUNTY, Calif. — One person died after a house fire in Sacramento County Thursday. There were reports someone was still inside the home. Crews found the person inside and they died at the scene. The fire district said four people were living in the home and two people were living in the backyard in tents. The tents were not related to the cause of the fire, according to the fire district.
