A Canton company has purchased two industrial and manufacturing properties in Massillon for $8 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor's Office.
Sanders Avenue Enterprises LLC — which lists the same address as CEI Crane & Rigging — bought a 75,000-square-foot industrial warehouse at 1350 Sanders Ave. SW and 50,218-square-foot manufacturing building at 1369 Sanders Ave. SW from Big Shoulders Capital Xiii LLC.
The business, formerly Canton Erectors, offers warehousing, crating and shipping, crane rental services, in addition to welding and fabrication on Quimby Avenue SW in Canton.
The Massillon Independent reported on the CEI's plans to relocate from Canton to Massillon last month.
Meanwhile, a Fairlawn businessman has purchased an apartment complex at 1616 S. Main St. in North Canton for $2.47 million.
