Ohio man sentenced to prison for Grand Larceny

MASON COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – An Ohio man was sentenced on felony charges in Mason County court on Monday.

According to Mason County Prosecuting Attorney Seth Gaskins, on Monday, April 22, 2024, David C. Irvin, 34 years old of Wellston (Ohio), was sentenced in the Circuit Court of Mason County for the conviction on the felony offense of “conspiracy to commit grand larceny.”

For the conviction, Irvin has been issued a one-to-five year prison sentence.
