Abilene-area golfers concluded play at the UIL state golf tournament on Tuesday. Colorado City’s Kaylynn Epperson turned in a two-day score of 175 at the UIL Class 2A girls tournament at Lions Municipal Golf Course in Austin. Epperson, who finished 14th in the state, shot an 82 during the second round for her best finish of the tournament. In Class 4A, Sweetwater’s Bailey Rainbolt carded a two-day score of 183, which included a 91 on Tuesday.
