Weekly Safety Report: Arrest, Suspicious Death, and Soldier's Death Investigated in Stephens County, Oklahoma
This week in Stephens County, Oklahoma, there were three incidents that occurred. These incidents include a man being arrested after allegedly chasing a woman, attacking an officer, and breaking a patrol car window; the suspicious death of a 19-year-old resident found alongside a highway; and the investigation into the death of a soldier at a business in Duncan. Authorities are actively investigating these incidents and seeking information from the public.
Duncan police respond to call at Murf’s Shooting Range
DUNCAN, Okla. (KSWO) - Police in Duncan responded to a call at Murf’s Shooting Range on Highway 81 this evening, Sept. 19, 2023. We reached out to the Duncan public Information officer who said so far no information is available on what happened other than the police responded and the investigation has been turned over to the Military Criminal Investigation Division.
Marlow accident injures Chickasha 16 year old Female
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported a Personal Injury Collision on Saturday, September 16 involving a 16 year old female of Chickasha. Her name was withheld due to age, but she was transported by Survival Flight to OU Medical in Oklahoma City and admitted in critical condition with head and trunk internal injuries.
Stephens County crash sends woman, teen to hospital
MARLOW, Okla. (KXII) - A Chickasha teenager and a 22-year-old woman from Alex, Oklahoma are in the hospital after a crash in Stephens County Saturday afternoon. A report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol states the 16-year-old girl was driving a Ford Escape and somehow collided with a Ram truck driven by a man from Marlow.

Two incidents occurred in Stephens County, Oklahoma this week. The first incident involves the suspicious death of a Comanche teenager, Noah Presgrove, whose body was found on the side of a highway. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) is assisting with the investigation.
