    Marion police seize cocaine, methamphetamine and handgun while searching home

    MARION, Ind. — Over two pounds of cocaine, 147 grams of methamphetamine and a semi-automatic handgun. These were just a few of the items Marion police uncovered while carrying out a narcotics investigation at a home on Thursday.

    The Marion Police Department is searching for Tristan Lamone Williams after conducting a search warrant at a residence located on S. Butler Avenue. MPD said officers found several different illegal substances and firearms inside the residence during the investigation.

    In total, officers found:

    • A Springfield 9 mm semi-automatic handgun
    • 2.317 pounds of cocaine
    • 147 grams of methamphetamine
    • 12.97 grams of synthetic drugs
    • 8 grams of marijuana
    • Plastic baggies
    • Digital weight scales

    MPD said Williams was not at the residence and that detectives had requested a warrant for his arrest. He has received the following preliminary charges:

    • Dealing in cocaine, a level 2 felony
    • Dealing in methamphetamine, a level 2 felony
    • Maintaining a common nuisance, a level 6 felony
    • Dealing in marijuana, a level 6 felony
