ELMIRA, N.Y. (WETM) — Two vehicles were involved in a crash on Jerusalem Hill in Elmira on Tuesday afternoon. According to an 18 News Reporter at the scene, a black Chevy and a white Subaru crashed at the intersection of Jerusalem Hill Road and May Road at around 4 p.m. on June 4. The vehicles were off of the road after the crash, with the white SUV being up on an embankment.
