Police: Man arrested after confrontation with biker group
PARAGOULD, Ark. (KAIT) - Paragould police arrested a man late Saturday evening after they say he was confronted by a group known as Bikers Against Predators. Captain Jason Elms confirmed to K8 News that 36-year-old Nathen Perkins is being held in the Greene County Jail and faces charges of possession or use of child sexual abuse material and internet stalking of a child.

Bay police arrest man on rape charges
BAY, Ark. (KAIT) - A man is being held on a $2.5 million bond after a Craighead County District Court judge found probable cause to charge him with raping a child. According to court documents, 37-year-old Justin Lynn Totty is accused of distributing, possessing, or viewing matter depicting sexual conduct involving a child; rape of a minor; permitting a child to engage in sexually explicit conduct; and incest.
Convicted killer accused of pulling gun on woman
JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) - A man convicted of fatally shooting another man faces new charges after police said he pulled a gun on a woman and threatened to kill her. On Monday, April 29, Craighead County District Court Judge Tommy Fowler found probable cause to arrest 31-year-old Justin Boniaby of Houston, Texas, on suspicion of possession of a firearm by certain persons, first-degree kidnapping/false imprisonment, interference with emergency communication, and third-degree assault on a family or household member.
