Rudy Giuliani got more than cake and presents for his 80th birthday bash – he was also served justice.

The former New York City mayor was tripping the light fantastic with pals in Palm Springs Friday night when he was intercepted outside the party at the home of top GOP consultant Caroline Wren by two officials from Democratic Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes’ office, sources told The Post.  

The pair served Giuliani with a legal notice of his Arizona indictment for allegedly being involved in a plot to overturn the 2020 election in favor of ex-President Donald Trump.

A Brooklyn-based fashion designer was found dead with a scarf around her neck inside her home this week, law enforcement sources said Friday. 

Svitlana Indelicato, 50 – who designed handbags as well as scarves and Pashmina shawls – was unconscious and unresponsive when her husband claimed he found her inside a room in the Bensonhurst home on 80th Street near 16th Avenue and called the police around 5 a.m. Thursday, the sources said.

A 23-year-old woman was killed Wednesday when a hoodlum hurled a rock through her windshield, causing her to crash into a North Carolina home.

Brittany Elizabeth Ferguson was on her way to meet her sister when the rock flew through her car, fatally striking her in the head, according to the North Carolina Highway Patrol.

Her 2006 Ford Taurus veered off the road and through a yard before smashing into the porch of a neighboring home.

The Irvine Police Department (IPD) arrested 46-year-old Rhean Fontanoza , of Aliso Viejo, for the murder of a UPS driver. Yesterday, at about 3:00 p.m., IPD responded to the area of Fleming and Chrysler after multiple reports of gunshots being heard. Officers arrived on scene and located a UPS driver slumped over in the driver’s seat of his delivery truck. Officers pulled him from the vehicle and began life saving measures. The driver suffered multiple gunshot wounds and died from his injuries. He was identified as Expedito Cuesta De Leon , 50, of Aliso Viejo.
