WESTMORELAND, Kan. (WIBW) - The American Red Cross will work with local officials to help those affected by the tornado that hit Westmoreland on Tuesday. The tornado in Westmoreland destroyed at least 22 houses, while 13 houses have recoverable damage. As a result, the Red Cross and local officials opened a shelter at Rock Creek High School for those displaced by the damage.
