Conroe Police investigating death after receiving Fire-EMS call
On May 22, 2024, at around 6:24 a.m., the Conroe Police Department was dispatched to 808 Gladstell (The Reston Apartments) in reference to an assist Fire-EMS call. Upon arrival, patrol officers found a deceased male, identified as Bernard Eric Wilson III years of age, lying on the ground next to his vehicle. The male had a gunshot wound to his upper torso area. Mail theft arrest: Harris County Deputies capture repeat offender with counterfeit keys and stolen mail checks
Benjamin Williams, 19, has been arrested for the second time for stealing mail in the Spring area. In Friday’s arrest, Harris County Constable Precinct 4 deputies pursued Williams in a vehicle that refused to stop, traveling northbound on Stuebner Airline Road. The pursuit ended when deputies managed to stop the vehicle at FM 2920 and SH 99, with no injuries reported.
