The Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office has charged seven people who were allegedly part of a human trafficking ring in Metro Detroit. The Macomb County Sheriff’s Department began an investigation into the human trafficking ring in February, which led to search warrants being executed on Wednesday, May 29, by the Macomb County Sheriff’s Department, Shelby Township Police Department, Sterling Heights Police Department, U.S. Border Patrol, and the FBI at 25 Health Spa in Shelby Township, Healing Spa in Sterling Heights, a Macomb Township residence and a Shelby Township residence.

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (FOX 2) - A semi-truck hit a wall and jackknifed Tuesday evening, closing part of eastbound I-94 in Macomb County. The crash took place around 6:30 p.m. near Harper Road in Clinton Township. As a result, oil spilled on the roadway, according to the Macomb County Sheriff's Office on Facebook.
