    Arrests

    Daniel McNeil, was arrested on the warrant charges of assault and battery of a 60-plus-year-old disabled person, intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 5:59 p.m. Tuesday.

    Leonardo Miliano, 20, of Rockingham Street, was arrested on the warrant charges of carrying a firearm without a license, and carrying a loaded firearm at 10:14 a.m. Wednesday.

    A report of a hit and run motor vehicle accident at 4:58 a.m. Wednesday on Surfside Road.

    A report of a motor vehicle accident at 12:16 a.m. Tuesday on Grover Street; at 10:33 a.m. Tuesday on the Lynn Rotary and Lynn Shore Drive; at 11:17 a.m. Tuesday on Broadway and Warwick Street; at 11:51 a.m. Tuesday at 7-Eleven on Lewis Street; at 11:58 a.m. Tuesday on State Street; at 1:05 p.m. Tuesday on Broadway; at 2:38 p.m. Tuesday on Chatham Street; at 3:11 p.m. Tuesday on Broadway and Pendexter Street; at 4:51 p.m. Tuesday on Franklin Street and North Common Street; at 5:02 p.m. on North Common Street; at 6:56 p.m. on Chestnut Street and Western Avenue.

    Assault and Battery

    A report of assault and battery at 9:04 a.m. Tuesday at Lynn English High School on Goodridge Street; at 9:37 a.m. Wednesday at Lynn Vocational Tech School on Neptune Blvd.

    A report of breaking and entering of a motor vehicle at 1:43 p.m. Tuesday on Market Square.

    Drugs

    A report of drugs at 2:08 p.m. Tuesday on Nahant Place.

    Larceny

    A report of larceny at 7:05 p.m. on Abbott Street and Woodman Street.

    Trespassing

    A report of trespassing at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday on Washington Street; at 10:06 a.m. Tuesday on Essex Street.

    MARBLEHEAD

    Disturbance

    A report of a disturbance at 10:38 p.m. Tuesday in the vicinity of Lafayette Street.

    Larceny/Forgery/Fraud

    A report of larceny/forgery/fraud at 10:16 a.m. Tuesday on Intrepid Circle. Investigated; at 5:20 p.m. Tuesday in the vicinity of Village and Vine Street. Report taken.

    Motor Vehicles

    A report of a motor vehicle crash at 8:01 a.m. Tuesday on the corner of Lafayette Street and Widger Road; at 1:31 p.m. Tuesday in the vicinity of Essex Street. Services rendered.

    Saugus

    Burglar Alarm

    Multiple alarms were reported at Cort Furniture on Monday at 9:28 a.m. Officers dispatched reported an open door, and were awaiting arrival of a keyholder. Building deemed secure.

    Harassment

    Caller reported at 6:10 p.m. on Monday that an individual  at L.A. Fitness was refusing to leave and harassing employees. Individual was trespassed from the location.

    Motor Vehicles

    Caller reported a disabled motor vehicle on Denver Street at 8:47 a.m. on Sunday.

    Caller reported driving past a motor vehicle accident on Winter Street and Kenwood Avenue on Sunday at 1:51 p.m.

    Caller reported a motor vehicle accident at 4:28 a.m. on Monday at the bridge on Ballard Street. Two individuals refused ambulance service, Lynn PD was notified.

    Caller reported a motor vehicle hit a tree at 7:30 a.m. on Monday on Lewis O Gray Drive.

    Caller reported at 4:59 p.m. on Monday that their car was hit while parked in front of Town Hall, with the other motor vehicle leaving the scene.

    Noise Complaints

    Caller reported a loud party at Essex Landing at 2:31 a.m. on Sunday. Officers dispatched and they were told to turn it down.

    Caller reported loud music at Avalon Bay Communities at 4:28 a.m. on Monday. Officer dispatched, and music was turned down.

    Vandalism

    Caller reported damage to his mailbox on Central Street at 10:29 a.m. on Sunday.

    Caller reported damage to a window at the Veterans Memorial Elementary School that occurred over the weekend at 8:34 a.m. on Monday.
