UPDATE: Lynn Haven police find missing man

UPDATE: The sheriff’s office has found Hoffman

LYNN HAVEN, Fla. ( WMBB ) — Lynn Haven police are searching for an elderly man who disappeared from the Mill Bayou area.

William P. Hoffman is 77 years old. He was last seen leaving the 100 block of Sawgrass Way around 4:30 Tuesday afternoon. He has dementia, AFib, coronary artery disease, and hearing loss.

He also has a bandage on his right forearm. Police say the sheriff’s office helicopter is searching along with a foot patrol and ATV vehicles.

He has brown eyes, short gray hair, and is 5’6″. Hoffman was last seen wearing khaki pants with a white and blue plaid button-up and gray tennis shoes.
