Members of two Hall of Fame rock bands will perform classic hits at NW WA Fair in Lynden

The Northwest Washington Fair has announced another famous singer to join its concert lineup this summer.

The fair will run from Aug. 8-17 in Lynden and has already announced some of its Grandstand Entertainment concerts such as Ludacris, Leeland and Chris Janson.

Now, two legendary rock band members are joining the lineup and performing together Friday, August 16.

Ace Frehley, an original member of KISS , and Steven Adler, an original member of Guns N’ Roses, will perform some of their bands’ hit songs.

KISS, the Seattle rock band started in the 1970s and known for its face-painted, black-and-white rock style, has not toured since 2012, according to the band’s website . KISS was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2014 and is America’s #1 Gold Record Award-winning group of all time.

Guns N’ Roses was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2012. They last performed as a gropu in 2023 in Los Angeles. The band is known for its classic rock sound and songs like “Sweet Child O’ Mine.”

Tickets for Ace Frehley and Steven Adler’s concert go on sale online at 9 a.m. Friday, May 3, but presale tickets will be available May 1 for those who subscribe to the fair’s email newsletter .
