No. I think he needs to be held accountable for his actions. He was 16 not 15 ..but still old enough to know that guns can kill. The poor girls' mother need be held accountable as well. They're both guilty and the girl deserves Justice. I agree the mother done WRONG and now you pay for the injustice.

Trying him as an adult and sending him to prison as a child is not going to help him. It will hurt him more than he already hurts. he was 15 when it happened. His mother told him it was alright to handle guns. She let him do it. lock him up in the detention home and teach him a trade. make him speak about what he did to his sister, let him speak to other kids about not messing with guns and how they can destroy a family. I'm sure he didn't mean to kill his sister.
