Owners of B. Franklin Martin house in Longview seek historic landmark status
LONGVIEW, Texas (KLTV) - The owners of the B. Franklin Martin house in Longview have asked the city to designate it as a historic landmark. The house was built in 1933 in what is now the Nugget Hill Historic District. Martin was cofounder of the Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Longview. Martin’s wife founded the Longview Symphony.

Trademark Property Co. purchased Longview Mall in Longview, Texas, in partnership with Dillard’s, Inc., a current tenant and one of the nation’s largest department store retailers. This partnership marks the first time Trademark and Dillard’s have teamed up on a retail acquisition, with Trademark leading operations and leasing for the 646,000-square-foot property.
