Documents obtained exclusively by Page Six show the exes upheld the terms of their prenuptial agreement.
Spears will keep “miscellaneous jewelry” and other personal items, per the docs, as well as earnings she made before, during and after the pair’s marriage.
Additionally, court docs state there are additional property assets that will be divided according to their prenup.
The documents were filed at a Los Angeles court late Wednesday night, and will become official pending a judge’s signature.
“Britney is continuing to turn the page — the stories of her going broke are ridiculous and demonstrably false,” a source tells Page Six.
“Although she does enjoy luxe travel as a result of her hard-earned freedom, she had a landmark book deal that she will be profiting from for a long time and the sky is the limit in terms of her earning power, including movie rights to ‘The Woman in Me’ … and fortunately an ironclad prenup.”
We’re told the divorce was settled “amicably” largely in part because of the “ironclad prenup.”
Reps for Spears and Asghari did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment. TMZ was first to report the news of the divorce settlement.
Last August, sources confirmed to us that the pop superstar, 42, and the fitness trainer-turned-actor, 30, had separated after 14 months of marriage amid claims she cheated .
Asghari, for his part, hired California-based divorce attorney Neal Hersh, who said in court documents from the initial filing that his client had “yet to determine the full nature and extent of the separate property assets and obligations of each party.”
“There are various items of community and quasi-community assets and debts, the full nature and extent of which are unknown to [Sam] at this time,” the documents also stated.
Asghari said in a statement shortly after that he and his ex will “hold onto the love and respect [they] have for each other,” adding that he “[wishes] her the best always.”
Despite initial reports that the former couple had a tumultuous end to their relationship , the “… Baby One More Time” singer and the “Family Business” actor appeared to work out their divorce matters amicably.
In late August, they were able to reach a custody agreement as to how they planned to divide the ownership of their five dogs.
Asghari became the sole owner of a doberman named Porsha, which he had purchased for the “Piece of Me” singer in October 2021 in order to “protect” her.
Spears, meanwhile, got full custody of her four other dogs, including an Australian Shepherd named Sawyer and a Yorkie named Hannah.
The Grammy winner and the “Can You Keep a Secret?” actor did not have any children together and therefore did not have any issues regarding parental custody rights.
This was the “Oops!…I Did It Again” singer’s third union. She was previously married to Jason Alexander, a childhood friend from Louisiana, for an infamous 55 hours in January 2004.
Spears then wed backup dancer-turned-DJ Kevin Federline, who is the father of her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James . They were married from October 2004 to July 2007.
