LeBron James' Cryptic Six-Word Message About Future with Lakers

LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers had their season come to an end Monday night at the hands of Jamal Murray and the Denver Nuggets.

Moments after the Lakers' postseason exit, attention immediately turned to questions about LeBron's future in the NBA.

After Game 5 of the Lakers-Nuggets series, which ended in a 108-106 series-ending victory by Denver, a reporter asked if this is the last time LeBron will suit up in a Lakers uniform.

LeBron, known for his off-court theatrics, gave a cryptic answer.

“I’m not going to answer that," LeBron said with a smile on his face.

LeBron James has always loved the attention he's been able to garner off the court. He's going to ride this one out as long as he possibly can.

The reality is it doesn't make much sense for LeBron to leave the Lakers unless 1) he teams up with a few of his NBA friends or 2) his son Bronny gets drafted by another NBA franchise and he requests a trade to said franchise.

LeBron's a Laker for now, but don't be surprised if he tries to force his way out this summer (or at least pretends like he's forcing his way out).
