Sherman Oaks Vintage Clothing Store Burglarized, Front Window Shattered

SHERMAN OAKS, LOS ANGELES, Apr. 18 (KNN) — A burglary at the American Vintage store in Sherman Oaks overnight left a front window shattered.

The Los Angeles Police Department received a call at 2:45 a.m. Thursday of a burglary with shattered glass in the 14400 block of Ventura Boulevard.

The incident was reported by a next-door neighbor to the burglarized shop who told arriving LAPD officers that he had heard a sound five minutes prior to calling police.

Key News Network video from the scene shows clothes and shattered glass on the sidewalk in front of the damaged store.

LAPD officers cleared the location and did not find any suspects. It is currently unknown if any goods were stolen.

The LAPD is investigating the incident.
