Known for his bold, expressive Pinot Noir, Mike Sinor shares, "my reason for being as a wine maker, is to create a wine that says something in someone."

The Sinor-LaVallee Wine Tasting Room has an read called The Backyard Shuck Shack, inspired by the love of oysters and the culture that comes with them.

This charming new space began as a simple "U-Shuck" experience and has blossomed into a deliciously curated menu. Think: a 5-plate cheese and charcuterie board from local purveyors, fresh bread and butter from Grover Beach Sourdough, California caviar service, and even a selection of artisanal tinned fish.

Frequent customer Nita Sanchez from Fresno shares how, "its a really nice atmosphere but its actually really cool for a couple to come in, sit at the bar or sit at a table and enjoy themselves one on one."
