New traffic lights outside Vibrant Arena designed for driver, pedestrian safety
By Linda Cook,
13 hours agoThere are new traffic lights in Moline on River Drive and 12th Street, right outside the Vibrant Arena.
The lights are designed to make it safer for drivers and pedestrians. But they're not live yet.
The city says the signals must first be connected to the railroad's system. There's no timeline yet for activation, but Our Quad Cities News will let you know once we find out from city officials.

That is a long time in the development process. You don't get rich quick by developing a new apple variety!
