Grace Period Voting starts in Henry County for Nov. 3 election

There’s still time to get registered to vote in the November 3 General Election in Henry County.
A news release from Barb Link, Henry County Clerk, said starting today, Wednesday, October 7, any Henry County resident who has lived in their respective precinct for 30 days qualifies for Grace Period Voting for the November 3 General Election.
An unregistered, qualified elector may register to vote or submit a change of address during this period and then must vote at that time in the County Clerk’s Office, 307 W. Center Street in Cambridge. Proof of identification is required to register or submit a change of address.
The County Clerk’s office will be open on three Saturdays, October 17th, October 24th and October 31st from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. for voting and registering. Anyone with questions about Grace Period Voting or any general questions should contact Link at (309) 937-3575.
