One transported from scene after Rock Island crash

One person was transported from the scene after a crash shortly before 4:30 p.m. Saturday at 23rd Street and 9th Avenue, Rock Island.

Our Quad Cities News crew saw a tire in the street near an overturned vehicle that lay on the sidewalk after apparently crashing into a hedge. One person was transported from the scene.

We do not know who was injured or whether anyone was ticketed. We will remain in touch with police to provide details as soon as they become available.

Notably, not all missing children are reported to the NCMEC, but they should be.
