Quad Cities residents support Davenport Northwest

13 hours agoAs Davenport Northwest continues its historic run at the Little League World Series, residents back in the Quad Cities are voice their support.
In total, eight of the 12 players on the team attend John F. Kennedy Catholic School in Davenport. On Wednesday, fifth through eighth graders, as well as staff, watched the beginning of Northwest's game together in the school's gym.
JFK students made posters, signs, and joined in chants to cheer on their classmates in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
Elsewhere in the Quad Cities, fans are gathering for viewing parties throughout the Little League World Series.
