LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Little Rock Police Department is investigating a shooting incident that left one person dead on Thursday afternoon. According to reports, officers were called to 2124 Labette Manor just before 3:40 p.m. Once they arrived at the scene they found a male who was suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
