Young Millburn Police Officer Dies in Car Accident
MILLBURN, NJ — The Millburn PBA has announced that Officer Luke Lyons, a United States Marine Corps veteran, passed away in a car crash on May 19. Lyons was the lead instructor of the Millburn Police Drone Unit and an active member of the Millburn PBA, which posted, “His sudden passing in a motor vehicle crash leaves a hole for so many. He was a brother, father, husband, son and a great cop. He was a Marine who overcame so much to become a Millburn officer.
