St. Paul shooting plea deal leaves mother of victim questioning system
ST. PAUL, Minn. (FOX 9) - Five years after losing his life in a fatal shooting outside a Twin Cities bar, authorities now know who is responsible for killing Michael Gray. A St. Paul man has admitted to committing the murder, and as part of a plea deal could avoid serving more than 15 years behind bars – leaving Gray’s mother outraged.

MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) - A DNR officer’s truck was rear ended by an SUV and pushed into a sports car on Tuesday around 11 a.m, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. Officer Corey Paul Wiebush of St. Paul, 55, was conducting a traffic stop on Yabsir Bisrat Suga of Mankato, 19, when Andrew John Seitzer of St. Peter, 45, rear ended Wibush’s 2019 Ford F150 with his 2020 Ford Escape and lunged Wiebush’s truck into Suga’s 2003 Toyota Celica.
