Lisbon basketball standout commits to college

LISBON, Ohio (WKBN) – Lisbon senior Trevor Siefke will continue his academic and basketball career at Westminster College.

Siefke helped lead the Blue Devils to 18 wins this season along with a share of the Eastern Ohio Athletics Conference title.

He averaged 22 points and more than 6 rebounds per game for the Blue Devils this season.

Siefke finished his high school career as one of the top-three all-time scorers in program history.

On the football field, Siefke was also a contender for the WKBN Big 22 this season.

The Blue Devils’ quarterback broke a school record with 1,876 yards passing during his senior season. He also accounted for 30 total touchdowns and 70 tackles on defense. He will graduate with seven school records in football.

Westminster is a Division III college basketball program that competes in the Presidents’ Athletic Conference.
