JOHNSON COUNTY —The Kansas Highway Patrol continues to see more drivers traveling well above the posted speed limit. This week, a social media report from the Kansas Highway Patrol Trooper Tiff indicated Trooper Dilks checked a driver's speed at 135 mph on a Kansas Highway. The 18-year-old driver crashed and went to jail.
