Weather alert issued for dense fog in Carbon and Monroe counties until Sunday morning
A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Sunday at 3:51 a.m. for dense fog until 8 a.m. for Carbon and Monroe counties. "Areas of patchy dense fog will reduce visibility as low as a quarter of a mile, resulting in hazardous driving conditions along the I-80 corridor in Carbon and Monroe County. Motorists should be prepared for changing conditions and take it slow in areas of dense fog," states the weather service.
