67-year-old pedestrian killed in Friday morning accident in Albany
ALBANY – A Friday morning collision between an Albany Police Department patrol car and a Crisp County Schools bus claimed the life of a pedestrian who was struck at the scene. Dougherty County Coroner Michael Fowler identified the man who was killed as Robert Wayne Skaggs, 67.
