Hit-and-run motorcyclist in jail after Methuen fatality
METHUEN — Martin Quinlan, 29, of Andover is being held without bail for 90 days after a hit-and-run motorcycle crash that killed Pamela O’Neil in Methuen on Sunday. Quinlan, who has another pending case related to driving, was arrested Monday and charged with leaving the scene of personal injury and death, as well as unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
