A Westchester County eighth grader who was killed in a fall from a five-story parking garage had been catapulted from his e-bike in a freak crash, officials revealed Tuesday. Mark Anthony Giordano, 13, was riding bikes with a group of five friends on top of a garage for the Harrison Metro-North station on Halstead Avenue at about 5:45 p.m. on Sunday when he plunged over the side of the building, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority said Tuesday.
