PATERSON, NJ - Eudys Santios-Toribio, 23, East Orange, was arrested on Thursday in connection to a shooting incident that occurred on January 1 in Paterson, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia Valdes, and Paterson Police Department Officer in Charge Isa Abbassi announced.
