The traffic collision occurred around 7:23 a.m. at the intersection of 90th Street and Avenue D, involving a white passenger vehicle and a bottom dump truck.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department, Lancaster sheriff’s deputies and the California Highway Patrol all responded to the scene.

The driver of the passenger vehicle, an adult female approximately 75 years old, was pronounced deceased at the scene. Two male juvenile passengers – a 12-year-old and 15-year-old – were airlifted in critical condition to Children’s Hospital.
