At approximately 10:56 a.m., a resident on South Franklin Street reported their catalytic converter stolen from their vehicle, a Honda Accord. After the resident started their vehicle, they realized it sounded unusually loud. Patrolman Lugo is the investigating officer.
Driver killed in wrong-way crash on Hunterdon County highway, cops say
A driver was killed Monday morning when his car traveled the wrong way down a highway and hit a truck, New Jersey State Police said. The crash occurred on Route 31 near milepost 39 in Hampton Borough in Hunterdon County at 7:44 a.m., when a Subaru entered the left lane of the highway traveling in the wrong direction and struck a Mack truck head-on, police said.

Property manager stole rent, deposits from NJ tenants, prosecutors say
MONTGOMERY — A property manager is accused of renting out apartments and taking the money for herself without informing the owner. Yessica Gonzalez, 44, of Ewing, ran the scam at an apartment complex in Montgomery, according to Somerset County Prosecutor John McDonald.
