The Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs highlighted the importance of music therapy in our region Tuesday. It's part of the agency's tour of recovery houses in Carbon, Monroe and Pike counties. The agency's secretary toured recovery houses in Stroudsburg and Tobyhanna, two of 20 stops on the tour.
