PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) – A missing man from Lake Oswego has prompted an investigation from Happy Valley police after four days have passed with no contact, officials said.
Police say Scotland Miller, 39, was last seen in the area of Iron Mountain Boulevard around 7:30-8 p.m. on April 11. Police describe him as a 6-foot-3 man weighing 165 pounds.
“He has brown hair and a brown beard with red highlights. He drives a black 2012 Volkswagen Jetta with Oregon plate 260PAV,” police said. “He was last seen wearing a blue hat, dark blue polo, and black golf pants.”
Anyone with information about Miller’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact Happy Valley police via their non-emergency line at 503.655.8211.
“I had called him and his phone went straight to voicemail and has ever since,” said Miller’s spouse, River.
Married for five years, River says there were no warning signs and Scotland’s disappearance comes as a complete shock.
“If he is going through anything, whether that’s he’s unsafe or he ran, he needs your help. Please, please let someone know where he is,” River said.
