Heyde Center for the Arts raises funds for parking lot
CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. (WEAU) - The Heyde Center for the Arts is announcing it has raised enough funds to create additional accessible parking spaces for the Center. According to a press release from Chippewa Valley Cultural Association, Inc., the new parking lot, to be located on the north side of the center, will provide 27 additional spaces.

Hudson, Chippewa Falls crowned Big Rivers track and field champions
The Big Rivers track and field Championships were held at New Richmond on Monday and both the boys and girls competitions crowned championships. Hudson won the boys title while Chippewa Falls won the girls championship. Both the Raiders and Cardinals were the top two teams in team scoring.
