Judge says there's not enough evidence to charge wife of contractor accused of stealing from clients
HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — A contractor accused of stealing nearly $200,000 from several Houston customers remains in jail while charges against his wife are in limbo. On Tuesday, a judge in the case said there's not enough proof to charge Andrea Miller with aggregate theft. The judge told prosecutors they needed to present more evidence to a grand jury to move forward with charges.
