Clarion Man Accused of Allegedly Kicking Woman in Head Multiple Times During Domestic Dispute Waives Hearing
CLARION TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A local man who allegedly kicked a woman in the head multiple times during a domestic assault, waived his hearing on Tuesday morning. According to court documents, the following criminal charges against 25-year-old Semaj Eeloni Garnes, of Clarion, were waived for court during a preliminary hearing on Tuesday, May 14, with District Judge Timothy Schill presiding:

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) – Four witnesses took the stand in the trial of David Allen Bosley on Tuesday. Bosley is accused of raping and murdering 76-year-old Suzette Nellis on or about March 26, 2023, near the bike path between the Allegheny River and the Penelec facility on West 1st Street in Oil City.
