Longtime Central NY radio personality dies at 78; helped launch TK99
A longtime Central New York radio personality who helped launch TK99 in the 1990s has died at age 78. Gary W. Gallup, known on the air as “Bob Paris,” died May 4 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse. According to his obituary, Gallup was a Mattydale resident who had been battling leukemia.

Affordable housing applicants should not have the housing available to them largely committed to social service agencies like Helio Health. Dedicating half the apartments to clients of a nonprofit agency serving addicts means chaos. Look what the clients of Helio and other agencies did at the Skyline Apartments: rampant crime, open drug use, multiple police and ambulance calls daily, needles and human waste in hallways, and murder. Does anyone remember that poor woman and what an ugly death she suffered?
