Man charged with hitting, killing man while drag racing in Syracuse released from jail
Syracuse, N.Y. – A 19-year-old accused of speeding through a red light and killing a man on an electric bike in April was released from jail Monday. Joshua Shultes was arrested on May 7 and was arraigned on a second-degree manslaughter charge Monday after a grand jury indicted him.
