DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN)— Two were sent to the hospital with reportedly critical injuries after a crash involving a semi-truck. Dothan Police on the scene say a pickup truck was exiting a parking lot around the 2000 block of Ross Clark Circle and trying to cross the highway when a semi-truck hit it. The semi-truck then ran onto the median of the circle.
