DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN)–Wednesday brought a needed break in the pop-up thunderstorm activity across the Wiregrass thanks to slightly drier air overhead. We won’t enjoy the same luxury on Thursday as a storm system approaches from the north, bringing scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms. Confidence in the specific timing of the wet weather is lower than usual, but the activity looks to be most widespread during the early afternoon.
