GILLETTE, Wyo. (KMOT) – A suspect wanted in a fatal shooting in McKenzie County last March surrendered to authorities in Wyoming on Thursday. Prosecutors issued an arrest warrant Tuesday for Hugo Hernandez on charges of negligent homicide and discharge of a firearm within city limits in the March 22, 2023, shooting death of a woman.
