Key Team Police had another busy weekend policing the Bear Cut Bridge area. In separate incidents two men had to be arrested and another 25 were told to leave the area. On Saturday, Vincente Gonzalez, 29, of Miami was taken to Dade County Jail (D.C.J.). He was charged with two counts of battery on police officers, resisting arrest without violence and assault on police officers. He had pulled a gun on Detective Phil Masino and officer Marcy Dawson. The gun, although plastic, looked real in the shadows under Bear Cut Bridge according to reports. Thirty minutes after the above arrest, a fight broke out among 20-25 Latin males. They were ordered to leave the area.
