Paul Gonzales, a Constable from Kerr County's Precinct 3, has completed the Texas Constables Leadership College. This makes him one of the few Texas constables, about 2%, who have completed this program. The training was provided by the Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas (LEMIT) at Sam Houston State University. It aims to address law enforcement issues and develop leadership skills. Gonzales graduated with Class No. 18 on October 27, 2023, along with 22 others from 15 Texas counties and 20 precincts.
